The carrot processing production line is mainly composed of washing and sorting system, crushing and juice extracting system,enzymatic hydrolysis and filtration system, evaporating system, sterilizing system and aseptic filling system, auxiliary energy system. 

Carrot processing line capacity is from 60tons/day-1500tons/day.

carrot juice yield: about 75% (25% for fruit peels for the waste)

Raw material solid content: 5-7Brix,Final concentrated juice concentration: 40 ~ 65Brix,
